Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our platform. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By using our website, you agree to these terms, including the rules and policies for cancellations, refunds, booking, and more. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

The train tickets available through the Website are subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned railway, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies. Our platform merely acts as a facilitator for booking train tickets. The contract of service for utilizing the train is always between the User and the concerned railway.

Railways retain the right to reschedule train times, routes, change, or cancel trains or itineraries independently and without prior intimation to us. As a facilitator, we have no control or authority over the logistics of the railways and, therefore, are not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User may incur due to such changes or cancellations of trains.

2. Pricing and Payments

The total price displayed on the website during payment includes base fare, applicable government taxes, and a convenience fee. The user must pay the entire amount before booking confirmation. Failure to pay the full amount may lead to the cancellation of the booking.

Infant fares apply to children under 24 months, provided the child remains under 24 months for the entire itinerary. If the infant exceeds 24 months on the return journey, a separate child fare booking is required.

3. Travel Documents

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (identity proof, passport, visa, etc.) for travel. We cannot be held liable if the User is unable to travel due to missing documents. The information provided by us about travel documents is advisory only, and the User must confirm requirements directly with the railway.

4. Check-In and Boarding

Users should check with the railways directly for check-in timings. Usually, check-in opens 2 hours before departure for domestic trains.

Users are advised to carry necessary identification proofs, including passports, visas, or age proofs when required. Railways may require these for verification before allowing passengers to board.

5. Use of Train Segments

If the User does not board the onward journey, the entire PNR related to that booking will be automatically canceled by the railway. We have no control over this process and will not be obligated to provide alternate bookings.

6. Changes to Existing Bookings

Any changes to an existing booking will be subject to charges levied by the respective railway and service fees charged by us. Charges may vary depending on the railway’s policy and fare class.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the railway's fare rules and cancellation policies. The convenience fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

Refund requests must be communicated to us directly in case of cancellations made with the railway. The refund process will be subject to the railway’s refund timelines and deduction of service fees by us.

8. Train Bookings

Role of Our Platform

We provide an online platform for selecting and booking trains. The information, such as train category, seat types, amenities, etc., is provided by the railway. Any discrepancies between the website information and actual train settings must be raised with the railway directly.

Liability of Our Platform

We are not liable for any failures or discrepancies regarding train services, service quality, or availability. In case of denied boarding, we may either provide alternate train bookings (subject to availability) or refund the booking amount.

Train Policies

Railways reserve the right of admission. We have no control over the railway’s admission decisions. Some railways may deny boarding to unmarried couples or local residents based on their policies. No refunds will be processed in such cases.

Additional Train Charges

In addition to the booking amount, users may be required to pay extra charges for services like catering, baggage, etc., directly to the railway. Some railways may also apply a mandatory surcharge during peak periods such as holidays, which must be cleared directly with the railway.

9. Cancellation of Tickets

Ticket cancellations can be done through the User’s login on the website or mobile application, or by contacting customer care. Cancellation fees may apply as per the ticket's terms and conditions.

10. Responsibilities of the User

The User is responsible for all damage caused to train property or any related accommodations during their stay. Users must also ensure they present valid identity and address proof upon boarding the train.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to board a train, and railways have the right to deny boarding if identification is not presented or if policies are not adhered to.

We are not responsible for denied train boardings due to the above-mentioned reasons or any other circumstances beyond our control.

By booking services through our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the revised terms will be applicable to all future bookings.
